西環美食 - 正街 源記甜品專家

自從地鐵港島線開通至堅尼地城站後, 西區一眾食肆已經多人認識。

位於西營盤正街的源記甜品在OPENRICE 的笑臉是多達三百多個的, 絕少機會存在三百多個都是打手的評論吧~

開業數十年, 連前港督都讚口不絕, 總有點本領的。

店內的招牌甜品有桑寄生蓮子雞蛋茶。

相比起其他甜品店, 這裡的出品不算便宜, 這樣一碗的桑寄生雞蛋茶要$32。一嚐過後就知道是值得的, 桑寄生入口不苦澀, 有點甘香, 雞蛋入味, 咬一口雞蛋, 蛋白是啡色的, 滿口都是桑寄生的味道, 絕對是誠意之選。

配上這個傳統的碗, 很有可能是數十年不變的一個歷史印記。這樣的傳統小店不多, 需要多點光顧。

• where a flag-raising ceremony is held every morning at 7:50am. On the 1st of every month, the Police Pipe Band and special escort perform an enhanced ceremony starting at 7:45am. Nearby is the Reunification Monument.

The transportation from Hong Kong International Airport

• Take the Airport Express to Hong Kong station, then, change to the island line(MTR)
